The Oedo Onson in Daiba

The Oedo Onson! Yuko took me and Tomoko to the Oedo Onson! It was so much fun! We had a total blast. We tried several types of baths, including one very hot salt bath for starters. One thing that surprised me, however, was the number of men who also came to the Onson. We saw a huge table of gentlemen sitting together in yukatas. This is something that you probably would not see in America.

At the Onson, I even went to the "Dr. Fish" pool, where these tiny fish swim around and have a particular "diet", shall I say....

Basically, you put your feet in, it tickles like heck, and then 15 minutes later, you pull your feet out and they are as smooth as can be! The fish are from Turkey, and are even advertised on the television as: "Dr. Fish"...

Yuko's daughter loves the Onson as well! She had a very good time playing with mom's Yukata.
